This is an Appeal under Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the victim of the alleged offence against an Order of acquittal. By a separate Order passed today, we have granted leave to prefer an Appeal to the State Government against the same Judgment and Order and the Appeal has been admitted.
