P.C.:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents, who opposed to the prayer of condonation of delay.

This is an Appeal under Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the victim of the alleged offence against an Order of acquittal. By a separate Order passed today, we have granted leave to prefer an Appeal to the State Government against the same Judgment and Order and the Appeal has been admitted. Hence, a case is made out to condone the delay. The Application is allowed 1/2
