Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that all the 14 respondents have been served. He relies on the affidavit of service dated 1.9.2017 by Harikrishna Thakorlal Gandhi. He produced the relevant documents showing service. He submits that he has filed this alongwith the documents showing service. Despite this, none appears for the respondents.
