By the impugned order dated 16 May 2023, the lower Appellate Court granted stay to the order of injunction passed by the Trial Court.

Considering the nature of order passed by the lower Appellate Court and considering scope of Order 43, Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, it would be in the interest of justice that the Trial Court is directed to decide Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.10 of 2023 within four weeks from today. 3.

I, therefore, direct the District Judge-1, Oras, Sindhudurg, to decide the Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.10 of 2023 as
