Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for restoration of Criminal Revision Application No.499 of 2013 which was dismissed in view of conditional order dated 17.6.2016 passed by this court for non-removal of office objections.

The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within one week from today. Same is accepted.

Hence, following order is passed:

a) Time to remove all office objections as per order dated 17.6.2016 is extended till 7.9.2016. Mohite 1/2

11 appr495-16 b) Criminal Revision Application No.499 of 2013 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits.

c) If office objections are removed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, office is directed to place Criminal Revision Application No.499 of 2013 on board under the caption for orders on 13.9.2016.

d) Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
