1] This is an application for condonation of delay of 51 days in filing the present Criminal Revision Application against the impugned Order dated 1st March 2019 below Exhibit-4 in Sessions Case No.316 of 2016 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Mumbai.

2] A perusal of application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.
