Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No. 1 to consider and take appropriate decision on the aforesaid proposal dated 21st October, 2013 (Exhibit Z) as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
