This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 17.5.2018 of acquittal passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.4, Nashik in Summary Criminal Case No. 3869 of 2007. The delay is of 11 days.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph 2 of the application, the application seeking condonation delay of 11 days deserves to be allowed. Hence application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stands disposed of.
