ORDER :

On instruction of Petitioner-Jotiba Mahadev Belgaonkar, we are permitting the present Writ Petition to be withdrawn as alternative statutory remedy is available under Section 14 of the Arms Force Tribunal Act, 2007. However, it is made clear that the learned Tribunal while considering the condonation of delay shall take into consideration the period of pendency of this Petition in this Court.
