Heard learned Advocate appearing for the Appellant. 2.
By this Interim Application, the Appellant is seeking permission to amend title clause of the Appeal in view of the change in the address. The change is required due to the Registrar's order dated 17th August 2022. At the time of filing of the Appeal, the Appellant had mentioned the address of the Appellant as appears in the clause title of the First Appeal, but upon the First Appeal being listed before 1/3
the Registrar of this Court, the Registrar had directed the Appellant to insert the title appearing in the impugned judgment and award in the title clause of the Memo of Appeal and all pending Interim Applications.

In view thereof, the present Interim Application has been filed. 4.
Having considered the averments in the Interim Application as well as noting the amendment which is sought by the Appellant in the Schedule annexed to the Interim Application which is merely to reflect the address of the Appellant as appearing in the clause title of the impugned judgment and award in the title of the Memo of Appeal and pending Interim Applications, the relief sought for in the Interim Application is required to be granted. Hence, the following order is passed:
i) The Appellant is permitted to amend the clause title of the Appeal in accordance with the Schedule annexed to the Interim Application.
ii) The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from the date of this order.

iii) Re-verification is dispensed with.
