This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal thereby challenging the judgment and order dated 4th May, 2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.4 at Nashik in SCC No. 4813 of 2005.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph 2 of the application, the delay of 26 days needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stands disposed of.
