This Court has made orders from time to time in this petition. In particular orders were made on 13th October, 2015 and 26th November, 2015.

The petitioners in both these petitions are present in the court in person alongwith their Advocates. They state that they are handing over the keys of the suit premises to respondent no.4. The learned Counsel for respondent no. 4 has accepted the keys.

The petitioners state that with the handing over all the keys in respect of the suit premises, petitioners have handed over the possession of the suit premises after removing all the articles therein so that respondent no.4 is in a position to demolish the same. 4.

Respondent no. 4 states that they will comply with their obligation under the law. Necessary undertaking to this effect is already filed by respondent no.4 which is hereby accepted as undertaking to this court. 5.

In view of the aforesaid as also the earlier orders made nothing further survives in this petition. The petitioners accordingly do not press for any reliefs in this petition. The petitions are disposed of accordingly. (M.S.SONAK, J.) 2/2
