Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the suit instituted by the Respondent - Kolhapur District Central Coop.

Bank bearing C.C.S.No.223/2010 before the Cooperative Court, Kolhapur was settled between the parties and same was withdrawn by the Respondent Bank.

Hence, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Same stands dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
