The order challenged in the petition is the order remanding the petitioner to the SFIO/Judicial Custody. The petitioner has remedy to apply for Bail. The Learned Senior advocate states that charge-sheet has already been filed.

In that view of the matter, the applicant will be at liberty to file application for Bail, if such an application is filed the Learned Special Court shall decide the application for bail in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. All the questions raised in the present application are expressly kept open. 3.

Application stands disposed of. No costs.
