Heard rival submissions on this application for condonation of delay of 4 days in preferring the appeal challenging the conviction in the matter of offences punishable under sections 304-B, 306 and 498-A read with section 34 of IPC. After conviction of the appellants, they are in jail. Original accused Nos. 3 to 6 were acquitted. The learned APP on instructions stated that the State has not preferred any appeal challenging the acquittal of original accused Nos. 3 to 6. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 4 days is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of. 3.

The appeal is admitted.

So far as the Criminal Application No. 1054 of 2015 for bail during the pendency of the appeal and the suspension of sentence, the matter is stand over to 9th September, 2015. 6.
