Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking to bring the legal heirs on record of the sole Petitioner Dnyaneshwar Balkrushna Hallule, who died on 16.05.2018. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and since the Application filed is within time, following order is passed:

The Applicant is permitted to bring the legal heirs on record of deceased sole Petitioner in the Writ Petition. Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

The amendment to be carried out on or before 31.01.2019, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. c.

If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition, on the Advocate for the Respondents on or before 08.02.2019 and file an Affidavit of service to that effect.
