By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 1669 days in filing the appeal.

In view of the reasons stated in para 6 and 7 of the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient grounds, the delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 the Original Claimants.

The Application is disposed of. The Appeal be registered after removal of the office objections, if any.
