The petition is filed seeking direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to register the FIR on the basis of petitioner's letter dated 17th August, 2015, a copy of which is annexed at page 20 of the petition. 3.

Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP, having taken instructions from the officer concerned - Mr. Ranjit Jadhav, PSI, stated that, in the event, the petitioner approaches the concerned police station, his Shubhada S Kadam 1/3

statement will be recorded and appropriate decision will be taken and the same would be communicated to him.

Mr. Patil, learned senior counsel makes a statement that the petitioner will approach Borivali Police Station on 28th September, 2015, at 11.00 a.m.. Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP, stated that the petitioner's statement would be recorded on that day. The statements are accepted.
