Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though there is no material to show that petitioner is in possession of the subject property but being a woman the neighbourers are threatening, encroaching upon the property. A grievance was made to police but no cognizance was taken.

We have perused the record. Prayer clause (b) reads as under:

That this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to direct by way of an order of this Hon'ble High Court to respondent no.10 to measure and be declare who is the owner of Potkharaba of Agricultural Land bearing Survey No. 1286 of Village Rethare, Taluka-Shahuwadi, District Kolhapur with their records."
