The Tahsildar to allow the Applicant (borrower) to remove all the vehicles and articles belonging to the third parties from the premises in question. We record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Applicant (borrower) that only vehicles and articles belonging to third parties will be removed from the premises in question. 3.

With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Application No. 1685 of 2018 is dismissed.
