By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay in filing of the Civil Application for recalling the order dated 29th June, 2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1012 of 2014. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and averments made in the Civil Application, I satisfy that the Applicant has made out case for allowing the Civil Application.
