Learned Advocate for the applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer application for bail before the Court of Sessions at Malegaon. It is submitted that, fresh application is sought to be preferred in view of change in circumstances. The previous application was rejected by the Court of Sessions on the ground that the applicant was convicted and he was undergoing sentence. The said sentence is over and all the other accused are released on bail. 3.
