Heard the learned Counsels for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order passed by this Court on 1st August, 2022, the petitioner has preferred a Revision Application before the Government against the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, on 25th June, 2021. However, the said revision application has not been heard. Since the ad1/2
509-IA17792-22INWP1579-22.DOC interim relief granted by this Court continues for a period of four weeks only, which would expire tomorrow, the learned Counsel seeks extension of the said ad-interim relief. 4.
The learned Counsel invited the attention of the Court to an application dated 22nd August, 2022, whereby the Revisional Authority was requested to hear the said revision application. 5.
The ad-interim relief granted by order dated 1st August, 2022 shall continue to operate till 17th September, 2022. 6.
The Revisional Authority shall make an endavour to decide the stay application on or before 16th September, 2022, if it is not possible to decide the revision.

The application stands disposed.
