Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. This application is filed for quashing the FIR No.I-130, registered with Kamothe Police Station, Navi Mumbai.

During the pendency of the above application, the police completed the investigation. Mrs. Mhatre, learned APP having taken instructions from Mr. Adgale, P.I., Kamothe Police Station, Navi Mumbai, makes a statement that the Police would file 'B' Uday S. Jagtap

915-14-apl=.doc summary report before the concerned Magistrate. 3.

In view of the statement of learned APP as stated above, the grievance of the petitioner in Criminal Application No.915 of 2014 will no more survive.
