Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased sole respondent who expired on 2.7.2016.

The present Civil Application is filed on 23.8.2016 i.e. within time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased sole respondent in Writ Petition No.14270 of 2016.
