Heard. The petition is seeking direction to take cognizance of the Petitioner's complaint dated 3rd September 2014 and letter dated 5th September 2014.

Learned APP for the State having taken instructions from the concerned officer, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that the grievance of the Petitioner was looked into and a NC has been registered. Statement is accepted. 3.

If the Petitioner has any grievance, he is at liberty to file private complaint before the Magistrate.
