Learned Counsel for the Applicants submitted that wrongly these two applications were tagged together with Writ Petition Nos. 2926/2019, 2762/2019, & 2928/2019. It is submitted that though Umesh Malani

13.APL.686.2019 & 969.2019.doc the applicants are also applicants in above Writ Petitions but, the subject matter of these applications is different from subject matter of those writ petitions. Hence, learned Counsel for Applicants, on instructions, prayed for withdrawal of these applicants.

At the request of learned Counsel apearing for the Applicants, Criminal Application Nos. 686 of 2019 and 969 of 2019 are disposed of as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of applications. It is further made clear that as the Petitions were tagged together and in Writ Petitions interim orders were passed and in some writ petitions interim order to be continued. As such, as an abundant caution, we state that no interim order is operating in these two applications.
