P.C.:- This is an Application for modification of condition of furnishing PR Bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties, imposed upon the Applicant while granting him pre-arrest bail by this Court by its Order dated 18th November 2016. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicant is a poor person and is unable to get two sureties in the amount of Rs.50,000/- and therefore, the said condition may be suitably modified.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the Applicant is permitted to furnish one or more sureties to make up the amount of Rs.50,000/- in pursuance of Order dated 18th November, 2016.
