Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has invited our attention to the letter dated 8th July, 2013 issued to the petitioner by the second respondent-Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation. In view of the statements made in the said letter, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to prosecute the application dated 24th June, 2013.

Accordingly, we dispose of the petition with liberty as prayed. We direct the second respondent to decide the application dated 24th June, 2013 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 6 weeks from today. (A.K.MENON, J.) (A.S.OKA, J.)
