The parties, applicant Bhanudas Tukaram Shinde and respondent No.2 representative through Krishnat S. Patil are present before the Court. This was the case in which the applicant was convicted for committing offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Respondent No.2's representative stated before the Court that the amount of cheque and other liabilities are discharged by the applicant and that his company does not want to proceed with this case. He has no objection to the Application being allowed. The Revision Application is allowed and stands disposed of.
