Through this Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner is seeking directions to the Deputy Police Commissioner, Kalyan for considering and passing appropriate order on the Petitioner's application dated th August, 2016 Exhibit-D seeking permission for conducting a funfair (Navratri Utsav) scheduled from 1 st

WP.10749/2016(P-77) October, 2016 till 12 th October, 2016 on Petitioner's plot Survey No. 314/A Hissa No.2, Plot No.2 besides Durgadi Killa, Agra Road, Kalyan as described at page No.14 Exhibit-C to the Writ Petition.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited claim in the Petition we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing the Deputy Police Commissioner, Kalyan / Competent Authority to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's application Exhibit-D as expeditiously as possible preferably within a week from today.
