The Petitioner herein has impugned the Order dated 01.09.2014 passed by the learned Additional Collector, Nasik in Grampanchayat Appeal No. 24 of 2014 as well as the 'No Confidence Motion' passed against the Petitioner on 05.07.2014.

Learned AGP submits that the challenge was to the elections of the Sarpanch held in 2010-2014 and that since the term is over, the Petition is rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the Petitioner does dispute the same. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
