Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and since Special Civil Suit Nos. No.832/2008 and 759/2008 are ready for final hearing, the hearing of the said suits is expedited. 4.

This court expects that the Trial Court would dispose of both the suits on or before 31/12/2015. 5.

Needless to state that the Trial Court shall dispose of said suits without being influenced by the order passed below Exhibit-5, which are impugned herein.
