Present Petition impugnes Order dated 23.01.2018 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik rejecting the application of Petitioner for parole leave.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that, subsequent thereto Petitioner was released on furlough leave on 13.12.2019 and he reported to the jail authorities within the stipulated period on 29.01.2020. He further submitted that, Petitioner was also released on parole leave on 12.05.2020. He reported to the jail authorities one day late on 02.06.2022.

In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
