After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail, learned counsel for the appellant sought leave to withdraw the appeal. 19-APEAL-856-2021.doc to the manner in which the incident has taken place, the trial of the appellant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within 9 months from the date of receipt of this order.

Learned A.P.P to ensure that the appellant is produced physically or through video-conferencing as may be directed by the trial Court on the dates given by the trial Court. All parties agree to cooperate with the trial Judge in the expeditious disposal of the trial. Application is disposed of on the above terms.
