The application for certified copy of the order was made on the same date. The certified copy of the order was ready on 17.10.2016 and hence, 13 days are to be counted. The appeal has filed on 13.01.2017. As per calculation of the days, the present appeal has filed within time and there is no delay. Civil Application is allowed
