On 9 March 2017, leave was granted to delete the Respondent Nos. 2 to 9 from the array of parties to the Petition. Respondent Nos. 2 to 9 accordingly stand deleted.
Pursuant to the directions in the aforesaid order dated 9 March 2017, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner has tendered the statement of disclosure of the learned prospective sole Arbitrator under section 11(8) read with section 12(1)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The statement of disclosure is taken on record and the same is accepted.
S 2/2 6-ARP-32-2016.doc Shri. Vyankatseh K. Deshpande is appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. The parties to co-operate with the expeditious disposal of the arbitral proceedings and not to take unnecessary adjournments. Parties are directed to communicate this order to the learned sole Arbitrator and to appear before the learned sole Arbitrator on 2 May 2017 at 10 a.m. and/or such other date as directed by the learned sole Arbitrator.
