The applicant has moved this application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the original appellant pursuant to the judgment and order dated 14th June, 2016 passed by the learned Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 2803 of 2009. Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount as per Order dated 14th June, 2016 passed in M.A.C.P. No. 2803 of 2009. The Rekha Patil
