Heard Counsel for Petitioner with Petitioner No.1, learned APP for Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.1 with her Counsel. Perused police report.

Petition is filed by accused pointing out compromise reached with Respondent No.1 and for quashing.

There is no explanation of the conduct which has formed offence.

Respondent No.1 complainant through her Advocate has given no objection for quashing of FIR and an affidavit on these lines are already filed on 13.06.2018.

In this situation taking overall view of the matter, we direct Petitioner to pay total costs of Rs.1,00,000/-, out of it Rs.50,000/- shall be paid to TATA Cancer Hospital for use to treat poor patients and Rs.50,000/- shall be paid to SRCC at Worli for rehabilitation of crippled children. If the amount is paid within four weeks and receipts are produced, relief in terms of prayer clause (a) shall become absolute.
