This is an application for fixing early date for final hearing of main appeal. The incident of trap had taken place in the year 1990. Both of them were convicted in the year 2001. After that, they were dismissed from the service. They were working in the police department. At present both of them are nearing the age of 75 years. They are suffering from financial constraints.

Considering their age and also the fact that the incident is old, it is necessary that the appeal is decided at the earliest. Therefore, add this appeal to the weekly final hearing board commencing from 3.10.2022.
