The application is filed at the instance of surviving legal heirs of the deceased petitioner No.1. It is submitted that during the pendency of the petition, original petitioner No.1 - S. L. Khanna expired. The death certificate issued by the competent officer of the Municipal CorporationB"B Navi Mumbai, Ward D, Turbhe, is placed on record at page 8. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to amend the petition by incorporating the names of the legal heirs. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. 3.

The interim application stands disposed of.
