We have disposed of a batch of Contempt Petitions by our order dated 26.10.2016 in Contempt Petition No.408/2015- Laxman S/o. Vishwanathrao Deshmukh vs. The State of Maharashtra Through Secretary & Ors and other companion matters. The issue in the present contempt petition and the issue in the Contempt Petition No.408/2015 is similar. We, therefore, dispose all these contempt Petitions in terms of our order dated 26.10.2016 in Contempt Petition No.408/2015.

All the contempt petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
