Though the petition is not very happily worded and in particular the prayer, the application of petitioner filed before respondent no.4 has now been finally disposed. There are various reports referred to in the petition and various grounds also raised in the affidavit in reply dealing with the contentions of petitioner.

We do not wish to go into those allegations and counter allegations at this stage. We would leave it to the Tahsildar respondent no.4 to whom the application has been made by petitioner to hear petitioner and pass appropriate orders after considering petitioners' submissions, documents Mohite 1/2

Should petitioner wish to file addendum to the application already filed with better particulars, petitioner may do so within two weeks from today. The order to be passed shall be a reasoned order in accordance with law. Notice of personal hearing shall be communicated at least five working days in advance. 3.

The Tahsildar shall dispose the application by 16th October 2023. Mr.Prabhune states that petitioners will co-operate with respondent no.4 for early disposal of the application.

We clarify that we have not made any observation on the merits on the matter.
