By this civil application, applicant is seeking early hearing of First Appeal No.1852/2007 on the ground that, applicant no.1 Manohar Ramana Dandage is a senior citizen. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for applicant and averments made in application and as applicant no.1 is a senior citizen, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for allowing civil application. Hence, the following order.

a)Hearing of first appeal no.1852/2007 is expedited.

b) Registry is directed to place the first appeal No.1852/2007 for final hearing, as per its turn, in the list of senior citizen.
