Learned Counsel after arguing for some time makes a statement that if the appeal is fixed for final hearing, he will withdraw the application. In the light of the above statement, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. The applicant is directed to file private paper book within a period of 8 weeks from today. Meanwhile, the Registry is also directed to call for R & P. The Registry shall thereafter, fix the matter for final hearing in the week commencing from 15/1/2018.
