It appears that there is delay of 18 days in preferring the appeal at the hands of Appellant / Applicant. By looking to the small volume of delay and considering the reasons assigned in the Application for condonation of delay and in the interest of justice, the delay needs to be condoned.

ORDER

(i) The application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed, in terms of prayer clause 5(b). (ii) The Registry is directed to make scrutiny of the appeal as per procedure and thereafter, it be numbered and placed before the concerned Court for admission.

(iii) The civil application is accordingly disposed of.

(iv) The interim stay granted by this Court to continue until further orders.
