The petitioner's grievance is that Police had locked the premises. The statement is disputed by the learned APP. Learned APP on instructions of officer R. Jadhav, Police Sub-Inspector, Kandivali Police Station submits that a constable was posted on the spot as police apprehended some trouble at the spot. Learned APP further submits that yesterday itself the petitioner opened the lock and occupied the premises.
