Learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that there is no change in circumstance after 19/01/2015 i.e. after application was withdrawn before this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant herein has been arrested on 01/11/2013 and charge-sheet is filed on 27/11/2014. Learned counsel submits that charge is not yet framed. He seeks liberty to withdraw the application and prays for expeditious trial. 2) Prayer deserves to be granted in view of the fact that applicant is in custody since 01/11/2013. Learned Sessions Judge, Pune seized with the Sessions Case No. 139 of 2014 shall make an endeavour to expedite the trial and conclude the recording of evidence as far as possible within 7 months ism
