Pursuant to the order dated 26 October 2016, the Respondent No.1 has handed over a cheque of the balance amount of Rs.27,562/- to the Petitioner. It appears that the name of the Petitioner has been incorrectly mentioned on the said cheque. Therefore, the cheque has now been returned to the Counsel for Respondent No.1, who has handed over the same to the Respondent No.1, who is present in Court. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 states that the Respondent No.1 will hand over a fresh cheque in a correct name to the Petitioner within a period of one week from today.

In the order dated 11 August 2015, it is recorded that an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- payable to the Petitioner has been deposited in this Court by the Management. The Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the said amount alongwith accruals, if any.

It appears that the pension proposal of the Petitioner has been sent by the Management to the Education Officer, Sangli on 11 November 2016. Learned AGP states that the pension proposal is not in a proper format and there are certain queries raised by the Education Officer. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1, on instructions of Respondent No.1, states that necessary formalities and compliances shall be made as desired by the Education Officer within a period of two weeks from today.

Learned AGP states that within a period of four weeks, after the compliances and formalities by the Management, the same shall be sent to the Accountant General. The Accountant General shall accordingly decide the proposal sent by the Education Officer expeditiously, so that the Petitioner starts receiving the regular pension. 6.

The directions contained in the order of which breach is alleged, stand complied. Hence, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. 2/3

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings with regard to balance arrears of salary, if any, until her date of superannuation. (A.A. SAYED, J.) 3/3
