This application is moved for modification of the condition. The applicant/accused submits that he is released on bail by order dated 11/06/2013 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, directing the applicant/accused to execute P.R. Bond in the amount of Rs.50,000/- with one of two solvent local sureties in the like amount. He submitted that the applicant/accused is in prison since 2012. It is not possible for him to get one or two solvent local sureties of Rs.50,000/- and therefore, it may be reduced to a lesser amount.

The learned prosecutor is present. He submits to the orders of the Court.

In view of the submissions, in the impugned order dated 11/06/2013, clause (2) is modified and it be read as follows:

"The applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. Bond in the amount of Rs.30,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount."
