By filing this Civil Application the Applicants/ Petitioners are seeking correction in the cause title of Writ Petition No. 3691 of 2017 which was disposed of by this Court on 3rd April, 2017. According to the Applicants/Petitioners in the description of the fourth Respondent, it has been mentioned as "Education Officer, Pune Secondary, Zilla Parishad, Solapur" instead of "The Education Officer, (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur". The mistake appears to be bonafide and typographical and hence the same is ordered to be corrected accordingly.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant further submits that in prayer clause of the Writ Petition the name has wrongly been mentioned as "Ashok B. Khelbude" whereas it should have been "Babasaheb Ashok Khelbude". The mistake appears to be bonafide and typographical and in the circumstances, in the order dated 3rd August, 2017 in place of "Ashok B. Khelbude" it be read and treated as "Babasaheb Ashok Khelbude".

Necessary correction in the order dated 3rd April, 2017 be carried out accordingly.
